Code of Business Ethics

This document defines the ethical behavior principles that all Via Eurasia employees must follow in all business relationships.
Our goal is to build a fair, transparent, and responsible work culture aligned with our company’s core values.
All employees are expected to act in accordance with laws, company policies, and ethical rules, and to take responsibility for the consequences of their actions.

1)Integrity

Integrity, honesty, fairness, and trust are the foundations of Via Eurasia’s business conduct.
Employees must always act transparently, truthfully, and reliably in their relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues.

2) Confidentiality and Information Security

Every employee is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of all information and documents obtained during their duties.

Accordingly:

    • Financial, commercial, technical, strategic, or personal data belonging to the company may not be shared with third parties.

    • Personal data of employees, customers, and suppliers must be protected in compliance with the law.

    • The obligation of confidentiality continues even after the employment relationship ends.

3) Avoiding Conflicts of Interest

Employees must always prioritize the interests of the company over their personal interests.

    • Company resources, time, or reputation cannot be used for personal gain.

    • No financial or moral benefit may be accepted from suppliers, customers, or competitors.

    • Decisions must be made objectively and transparently.

4) Sense of Responsibility

Each employee must perform their duties with care, diligence, and accountability.

    • Compliance with occupational health and safety rules is mandatory.

    • Mutual respect and collaboration among colleagues must be maintained.

    • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, and any form of mistreatment are not tolerated.

5) Equality and Non-Discrimination

Everyone at Via Eurasia is entitled to equal rights.
No employee or job candidate shall be discriminated against on the basis of language, religion, sect, philosophical belief, race, color, gender, disability, age, political opinion, or similar reasons.
The principle of equal opportunity is observed carefully in recruitment, compensation, training, career development, and promotion processes.

6) Reporting Mechanism Against All Forms of Violence

Via Eurasia is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive work environment.

  • Physical, psychological, verbal, economic, or sexual violence is strictly prohibited.

  • Any employee who experiences or witnesses such behavior may report it confidentially to the Human Resources Department.

  • No employee will face retaliation, exclusion, or negative treatment for making a report in good faith.

  • Every report is carefully reviewed, and appropriate action is taken immediately.

7) Responsibility Toward Employees

Via Eurasia is committed to treating all employees fairly, honestly, and equally.

  • A zero-tolerance policy is enforced against discrimination, harassment, and bullying.

  • A safe, healthy, and supportive workplace is ensured.

  • The company invests in the personal and professional development of its employees.

8) Responsibility Toward the Environment and Society

Via Eurasia conducts its operations with environmental awareness and respect for social values. Each employee is expected to protect the environment, use resources efficiently, and contribute to social benefit.

​9) Responsibility Toward Customers

Honesty, trust, and confidentiality form the basis of all customer relations.

  • Customer information must remain confidential.

  • Service quality must be consistent and sustainable.

  • All customers must be treated equally and respectfully.

10) Responsibility Toward Competitors and Fair Competition

Respect and integrity guide all relations with competitors.

  • Unfair competition practices are strictly avoided.

  • Misleading or false information about competitors must not be shared.

11) Prohibition of Undue Benefits

No employee may accept or offer gifts, benefits, or privileges that could influence their business decisions. Similarly, no attempts shall be made to provide undue advantages to third parties or organizations.

12) Managerial Responsibility and Ethical Guidance

Managers must lead by example in upholding ethical principles.
They are responsible for ensuring that their teams understand and follow these rules.
Managers should foster an open and safe communication environment where ethical concerns can be discussed freely.
In case of suspected ethical violations, the appropriate reporting process must be initiated.

13) Reporting Ethical Violations

Any employee who believes that these ethical principles have been violated should report the situation to their manager or the Human Resources Department.
